Terms of Service

Welcome to Back Porch Revival. By accessing our website and using our prayer wall, forums, or services, you agree to abide by the following terms. We’ve designed these rules to ensure our “porch” remains a safe, sacred, and encouraging space for everyone.

---

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using https://bprevival.com, you certify that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are using this site on behalf of a church or organization, you certify that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

---

2. Neighborhood Rules (Code of Conduct)

To maintain the spirit of revival, we ask all neighbors to commit to the following:

• Be Encouraging: This is a place for prayer and support. Harassment, hate speech, or belittling others’ faith journeys will not be tolerated.
• Keep it Sacred: Please refrain from using the prayer wall for political campaigning, commercial advertising, or spam.
• Speak Life: We follow a “grace-first” policy. Comments that are intentionally divisive or inflammatory may be removed by our moderators.

---

3. Sharing & Privacy

When you post a prayer, you choose the “seating” (Privacy Level):

• Just Me & God: These are confidential and handled only by our ministry team.
• The Back Porch: Visible only to registered members.
• The Front Gate: Publicly visible. By choosing Public or Everyone permissions, you grant Back Porch Revival a non-exclusive license to share your story on our blog, newsletters, or social media to inspire others.

---

4. Safety & Responsibility

• Personal Safety: You are responsible for the contact information you choose to share. We strongly advise against sharing sensitive data (like home addresses or financial details) in public descriptions.
• Medical Disclaimer: Prayer is a powerful spiritual tool, but it is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health providers with any questions regarding a medical condition.

---

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you post. However, by posting on our site, you represent that you have the right to share that information (especially when sharing on behalf of someone else).

---

6. Account Security

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

---

7. Moderation & Termination

We reserve the right to edit, move, or delete any post that violates these terms or the spirit of this community. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly disregard our neighborhood rules.

---

8. Limitation of Liability

Back Porch Revival provides this platform “as is.” While we strive to maintain a safe environment, we are not liable for the conduct of users or for any emotional or spiritual distress resulting from the use of the site.

9. Changes to Terms

As our community grows, we may update these terms. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new date at the top of this page.
